Our products are sold using the SaaS (Software as a Service) model. This means that under NO circumstances will you receive any physical item, not even an access code for any product. Therefore, for all products, we emphasize the importance of verifying that your email address is correct before proceeding with the purchase, as your license will be sent to that email address.
SaaS products cannot be cancelled or refunded, and by purchasing from us you are automatically accepting this condition.
Does this mean there's no warranty?

And since the licenses we sell are unique, tied to the consumer, and generated upon payment by the consumer, there is no way for our store to be reimbursed for the cost of generating the license.
